Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues its efforts to make Ankara the capital of green, without slowing down. Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş gave the good news that they will bring the people of the Capital City together with a new green area with his social media accounts. “We will open the Gökay Street Park, which we built on an area of ​​41 thousand 600 square meters in Eryaman, in June,” said Yavaş.

Bringing together green areas such as Çubuk-1 Dam Recreation Area, 30 August Zafer Park and Gazi Park with the citizens of the Capital, the Metropolitan Municipality has accelerated the construction of new recreation areas and parks all over the city.

ABB, which has been implementing projects that will transform the Capital, which is called the gray city, into a green city day by day, is now planning to complete the construction of Gökay Street Park in Eryaman in a short time.

The work for Gökay Street Park, which was started on an area of ​​41 thousand 600 square meters in Eryaman District of Etimesgut district, has come to an end.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş announced on their social media accounts that they are preparing to open the park, which includes basketball and volleyball courts, dog walking area, children's playground, bicycle adventure track, bicycle path, walking path, fitness areas, skateboarding track, sitting and resting areas. “We said that Ankara will also be the capital of green. For this purpose, we continue our work. We will open the Gökay Street Park, which we built on an area of ​​41.600 square meters in Eryaman, in June," he said.

With the aim of a green city, ABB will open many recreation areas and parks where the citizens of the Capital can breathe, do sports, have a pleasant time with their families and be in touch with nature until the end of 2022.
