Izmir Metropolitan Municipality will open two important projects in Foça at the weekend. Completing the construction of the district terminal, which stands out as an important need for transportation in Foça, one of the well-known centers of the country's tourism, and the multi-purpose hall built in accordance with the texture of the Gerenköy neighborhood, the Metropolitan Municipality will open both works with a ceremony on Saturday, April 6.

The two projects costing a total of 8 million pounds will meet the needs of Foça's culture-art-sport activities and will reduce the traffic load of the district center.

Both aesthetic and functional
The multi-purpose hall, which will meet an important need of the local people in Gerenköy, will add a different color to the social life of this settlement, which dates back to the 1860s. The hall was established on an area of 1500 square meters. There is a foyer, a multi-purpose use area and stage that can also be used as a sports field, a 270-seat telescopic tribune, an administrative unit, a trainer room, meeting rooms and locker rooms at the upper and lower entrances. This new venue, where activities such as culture, arts and sports can be held together, is completed with a stylish square that stands out with its aesthetic richness and original design as well as its functionality.

Terminal that suits Foça
The district terminal, built just below the historical windmills at the entrance of Foça from Izmir, fascinates its visitors with its magnificent sea view. The terminal, which will enable ESHOT buses and private minibuses to be loaded and unloaded in a larger and more regular area, was designed and built to meet all the needs of the passengers. 13 500 5.5 40 XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX
