Due to the fact that accidents are forensic aspects of the workshop, the Ministry of Justice should be invited to the General Directorate of Highways and special provincial administrations and municipalities because of the fact that accidents are forensic aspects.
In the final report of the workshop, the following opinions were given:
- It was seen that concrete outputs should be reached by focusing on specific issues in future workshops.
- The evaluation of the accidents occurred and the discussions were carried out.
- It has been mentioned the preparation of the application instructions by the GDCC in the accident investigation reports prepared by the KAIK.
It has been seen that the necessity of informing the sector stakeholders about this issue arises as the transportation of dangerous goods will increase as a result of the developments in the industry of our country and the liberalization of railway transportation.
The next accidents and safety programs organized by KAIK, DDGM or TCDD have been reported to be more appropriate to choose the first week of June when the International Day Crossing Awareness Day is celebrated.
It was mentioned that working groups could be formed in future programs.
