A Flood of Love for Mayor Aktaş in Gürsu

Metropolitan Mayor and People's Alliance Bursa Metropolitan Mayor candidate Alinur Aktaş, who has implemented work in many areas from infrastructure to transportation, from culture to sports in Bursa and announced his vision projects for the new era, addressed the enthusiastic crowd waiting for him in Gürsu. In addition to Mayor Aktaş, Bursa Deputy Efkan Ala, Gürsu Mayor Mustafa Işık, AK Party Bursa Provincial Chairman Davut Gürkan, MHP Provincial Deputy Chairman İsmail Şenol and thousands of citizens attended the citizens' meeting program held in Gürsu City Square.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES WILL BE THE SOLUTION

Stating that they have implemented very important projects in the past five years, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş said that the Southern Ring Road will be completed by the end of the year. Mayor Aktaş underlined that Gürsu is one of the fastest growing districts; “We don't have any complexes. I wonder how we can be servants to this holy city? We are on his account. Despite the pandemic, fires, floods, and the earthquake-related repercussions on the country's economy, thank God, we have accomplished good things in five years. Gürsu is one of our fastest growing districts. Gürsu needs to grow in a healthy way, new roads need to be opened. Entrance to Gürsu from the main street is problematic. We implemented an intersection there, but is it enough? Not. In fact, we have to solve the problem not only in Gürsu but throughout Bursa. It is necessary to open alternative routes here. Finally, we worked on a project related to this. Now we started from Kestel. The three-way, three-way road that will take Değirmenönü, Karapınar, Yiğitler, Yetmibeşinci Yıl, Esenevler, all the way to Gökdere, will be finished by the end of this year. There is also a northern corridor, which starts from Gürsu and includes Şirinevler and others, as an alternative to the current road. In other words, we will provide the entrance to Bursa from three corridors and we will also open vertical roads. Not too long. "We swam and swam until we came to the end," he said.

“WE HAVE TO BE STRONG”

Speaking at the program, Bursa Deputy Efkan Ala drew attention to unity and solidarity. Efkan Ala said that they aim for Turkey to be among the most developed countries; “We all speak the same language. Our hearts beat the same way. Türkiye has to be strong. We put forward the vision of the Turkish Century in the second century of the Republic of Turkey. We have to include Turkey among the ten most advanced, developed and most powerful countries in the world. We must be strong for that. "Turkey has to be strong to exist and help in our heartland," he said.

“WE WORKED, WE PRODUCED, WE ACHIEVED”

Gürsu Mayor Mustafa Işık said that they promised 25 projects and that they completed twice that number of projects and put them at the service of the citizens living in Gürsu. Reminding that many of the projects they completed received awards from home and abroad, Mustafa Işık said, “We worked, produced and succeeded. We gave 25 projects. God Almighty has blessed us, we have completed fifty projects with the support we received from our Metropolitan Municipality, our ministry and the support we received from the European Union. We worked with the support we received from you. Many of our projects have become examples for Turkey and have received awards from Europe. We tried to be worthy of you by making not one hundred percent of our election declaration, but two hundred percent. We have won many projects thanks to the Metropolitan Municipality. You can also see where we took Gürsu from and where we brought it to. We made it happen with the support we received from you, the blessings we received from you and the support we received from our elders. "Hopefully, we will succeed again with your support," he said.

AK Party Bursa Provincial Chairman Davut Gürkan also thanked the enthusiastic crowd for their participation.
