Dead End Streets Are Opening in Osmangazi

Osmangazi Municipality, which continues its efforts to save Osmangazi from the problems caused by unplanned construction and make it a modern and livable district, eliminates an important problem in transportation by opening the dead-end streets in the district. Within the scope of the work carried out to make Osmangazi a more accessible city, 5 dead-end streets have been made available through expropriation demolitions in the last 43 years. Opening dead-end streets, especially in order to speed up the traffic flow between neighborhoods and ensure passage, is of great importance in urban transportation.

Underlining that dead-end streets are an important problem in urban transportation, Osmangazi Mayor Mustafa Dündar said, “Osmangazi is a district with the highest density of unplanned and unplanned construction in Bursa. We are carrying out expropriations in order to save our district from this appearance, turn it into a modern and livable city, and open our dead-end streets. By opening dozens of dead-end streets every year, we eliminate an important problem in urban transportation. "We will continue these works at all points where transportation is blocked in Osmangazi," he said.
