New Bread and Food Factory in Malatya

Talking about the production stages of bread and bakery products produced in Malatya Metropolitan Municipality New Bread and Food Factory, MEGSAŞ Deputy General Manager Fikret Sarıcı said, “Our MEGSAŞ company produces bread and bakery products in Malatya. Production in our factory starts at 5 in the morning and continues until 8 in the evening. We work in 3 shifts. We produce Malatya's daily bread needs according to the demands. The bread produced here is produced daily. So there can't be stale bread left over from the second day.

Due to the earthquakes that occurred on February 6, most of our furnaces are not working. Since our ovens are not working, we meet Malatya's daily bread needs. Our goal here is not to make profit but to serve our citizens.

There are no harmful substances in our breads and bakery products. The entire production phase of our bread and bakery products is controlled by our food engineers. Our food engineers work in two shifts. Additionally, before manufacturing our products, our products are examined in the laboratory section. That's why we carry out our production with meticulous work. Our citizens can consume our products safely and comfortably.

On the other hand, as MEGSAŞ, we continue to produce gluten-free bread two days a week to meet the needs of our celiac patients.” said.
