With the additional protocol signed between Kütahya Municipality and Hizmet-İş Union Kütahya Branch, a significant improvement was made in the salaries of 19 permanent workers working in our municipality.

I would also like to thank the officials of both the employer and our workers' union. In the said protocol, effective from January 1, 2024, the food aid in Article 50, the food aid in Article 55, and all other social aid in Article 66 are improved by 40 percent to their daily wages including the minimum wage, and the average income they currently receive is 17- Their salaries, which were around 18 thousand liras, increased to 39-40 thousand liras, and the salary levels they deserved, which were improved along with the minimum wage, were around 27-28 thousand liras, and this was increased by 40 percent, reaching a total of around 39-40 thousand liras, due to all daily wages and the social benefits I just mentioned. improvement has been made.
