Airport Firefighters Struggled on the Challenging Tracks Established in Esenboğa

27 RFF officers working at 83 airports under the General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMI) demonstrated their endurance in the competition held at Esenboğa Airport.

An endurance competition was held at the "pentathlon field" established at Esenboğa Airport for the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) officers of the General Directorate of DHMI, who responded to the plane crash crashes and fires at airports in Turkey and their surroundings.

27 RFF officers working at 83 airports participated in the competition, which was attended on a voluntary basis.

In the “pentathlon court” prepared by DHMI Esenboğa Airport General Directorate, RFF officers competed fiercely with each other to overcome the difficult tracks and show their endurance.

The struggle of the RFF officers, who made an effort to successfully pass the tracks, was the scene of colorful images.

Onur Özen and Talha Yalçınkaya from Esenboğa Airport came first, Hüseyin Fidan and Cihan Karahan from Muş Airport came in second, and Hasan Fehmi Dinçel and Abidin Ünsal from Sinop Airport came in third.

The struggle of women RFF officers

RFF officers Zülfiye Köküm and Naciye Horatal Kartal, who participated in the competition as the only women's team from Kars Airport, were appreciated for their struggle on the “pentathlon court” full of challenging tracks.
