Within the scope of the "Vocational High School Students Meet with Our Families" project, which has been ongoing since 2017 and continued in a more systematic way with the addition of various innovations in 2022, the youth of vocational high schools are encouraged to raise awareness about cooperation and unity, sometimes by citizens who live alone around their schools and do not have the strength to do their housework. rushing to his aid, and sometimes reaching out to a remote village school by making and placing library materials.

Vocational high school students both gain experience and contribute to the country's economy by performing production and services in the fields they receive education. Sometimes their goal is not to make an economic contribution, but to make someone happy.

Vocational high school students, together with their teachers, work in the neighborhoods and surrounding areas in relation to the areas taught in schools within the scope of community service.

Since the beginning of the “Vocational High School Students Meet with Our Families” project, 81 home visits have been made in 47 provinces with 62 thousand 136 teachers and 636 thousand 54 students, reaching 472 thousand 198 people.

In the first three months of 2022, 73 thousand 893 students and 33 thousand 514 teachers reached 146 thousand 994 people.

In the houses they visited, the students worked on repairing items such as ovens, televisions, refrigerators, furniture repair, whitewashing, painting and ceramic works. In addition, he presented products such as tables, chairs, scarves and berets produced in schools to those in need. It provided vehicles such as wheelchairs, prostheses and respirators to those in need of special care. He took the blood pressure measurements of the patients, made special shoes for disabled children and presented them as gifts.

Young people also carried out information activities on energy efficiency, hygiene, fire and emergency preparedness, and security measures against natural disasters in the households they visited.

In addition to all these, Ramadan pitas produced in an industrial oven established in 14 schools affiliated to the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education were distributed to 100 thousand households.

It is aimed to reach 2022 families throughout 345 and to assist those in need with activities that overlap with the fields and branches in which the students receive education.
