4/B CONTRACTED PERSONNEL PURCHASE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Ombudsman Institution is a constitutional institution included in the 74th article of our Constitution. Pursuant to Article 6328 of Law No. 5, “The Authority, upon a complaint about the functioning of the administration, shall oblige all kinds of acts and actions of the administration; to examine, investigate and make suggestions to the administration in terms of compliance with law and fairness within the understanding of justice based on human rights… ”.

Our institution, ensuring the rule of law, the implementation of good governance principles and the ring against on the basis of responsibility and equity, Turkey as a control mechanism attached to the National Assembly on its activities from 2013 shows the way to handle the decisions that make the advocate of the people and take.

The Ombudsman Institution, which adopts the principle of "Let the people live so that the State live" with the belief that "the best of people is the most beneficial to people"; It tries to contribute to the improvement of the service quality of the administration, the development of human rights, the rule of law, the spread of the culture of claiming rights, and the formation of a transparent, accountable, people-oriented administration.

Article 657 of the Amended Article 4 (B) of the Civil Servants Law No. 06 and the "Exam Requirement" of the "Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel", which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06/1978/7 and numbered 15754/2 ( In line with the provision of paragraph b), contracted personnel will be recruited to be employed in our Institution, which is headquartered in Ankara, based on the 2020-KPSS (group B) score order.

The following qualifications and general conditions are sought as of the application deadline for candidates who will apply for contracted personnel recruitment.

- Not to have a psychiatric disease that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously, not to be physically disabled, not to have strabismus, blindness, lameness, hearing loss, fixed facial features, limb deficiency, stuttering and similar obstacles,

-To get at least 2020 points from the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS-P93) in 60,

Not to be shorter than -167 cm and the difference between the last two digits of the height in centimeters and the weight should not be more than 15, not less than 13 (For example, the weight of a candidate who is 180 cm tall should be 80+15=95 more, 80-15=65 It should not be less than

-To be a graduate of secondary education (high school or its equivalent),

-To get at least 2020 points from the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS-P94) in 60,

-To have completed the age of 18 and not reached the age of 30 as of the application deadline,

- Not to have any disease that may prevent him from performing his cleaning services in open and closed areas, - To be a graduate of secondary education (high school or its equivalent),

-To get at least 2020 points from the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS-P94) in 60,

-To have completed the age of 18 and not reached the age of 30 as of the application deadline,

- Not to have any disease that may prevent him from performing his cleaning services in open and closed areas,

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Interested persons are required to complete their applications on the website of Career Gate isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr ​​between 10 February (10:00) – 25 February (18:00). Applications made by mail or by other means will not be accepted.
Candidates will be able to apply for only one title from the announced positions. Applications of applicants for more than one position will not be accepted. Applications of candidates who are found not to meet any of the required conditions will not be considered valid.

Those who will apply for the Protection and Security Officer position should upload their armed/unarmed private security guard ID cards, both back and front, to the "Private Security Guard Identity Card" field under the "Other Documents" tab.

Those who will apply for the technician position should upload the SSI Long Term Service Statement to be obtained from the Social Security Institution Presidency in the "Other Documents" tab field.

After completing the application process, candidates should check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not show "Application Received" on the "My Applications" screen will not be evaluated. Responsibility in this regard belongs to the applicant.
