Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Data Center achieved an important success and qualified to receive the world's leading standardization certificates. It has successfully passed the audit of independent certification bodies and received three new ISO Certificates.
As a result of the studies carried out by IMM Data Center service provider ISTTELKOM for more than a year; ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, ISO 20000 Information Technology (IT) Service Management System and ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System standards certificates were obtained and took its place among IMM numbered data centers.

Erol Özgüner, Head of IMM Information Technology Department, who made statements on the subject; “With these documents, it was registered that IMM Data Center management standards were presented at the highest level. These certificates have proven that the data stored in the Data Center is protected, processed, archived and destroyed when it expires, by taking world-class security measures. Quality is not a result but a development process. We want to ensure the continuity of these standards in our services ”.
Stating that the data center services have reached a more systematic and measurable point with the certificates obtained, Nihat Narin, General Manager of İSTTELKOM; “We are proud to obtain these certificates, which require a wide range of standardization, as a result of our intense efforts. "We want to continue to meet the expectations and needs of Istanbul residents in the most reliable way with the high standards we have reached in the IMM central administration, and to take the privileged services we offer to our customers one step further every day."
While providing data center services in many areas including security, data storage, hosting and cloud, in the İBB Data Center, which is accepted in the IT industry, with the "Tier III Design and Facility" certificate, quality-oriented management integration studies are also carried out in business processes.
