A) EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS

1) To meet the general conditions specified in sub-clause (A) of the first paragraph of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No.48,

2) To have graduated from the educational institutions in Turkey or abroad whose universities have at least 4 (four) years of education and whose faculties or departments are specified in the table above or whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education,

3) In 2018 or 2019 by ÖSYM, for the Group A cadres, P3 for the candidates who graduated from the Engineering Department (KPSS), P4 for the candidates who graduated from the Department of Law (KPSS) P14, P24 for the candidates who graduated from the Department of Law (KPSS) P12, At least 34 (seventy) points from P70 for candidates graduated from Department of Statistics (KPSS), PXNUMX for candidates graduated from Statistics Department (KPSS) and PXNUMX for candidates graduated from International Relations Department (KPSS),

4) Not to have reached the age of 01 (thirty five) by 2020 January 35 (those born on or after 01 January 1985).

B) TYPE OF APPLICATION, PLACE, TIME AND OTHER MATTERS

1) Applications will start on Thursday, January 02, 2020 and end on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 23.59.

2) Applications will be made electronically by completing the "Application Form" published on the website of the Ministry (sinavbasvuru.sanayi.gov.tr) completely and accurately. It is obligatory for the candidates to scan their photographs and graduation documents (those who have completed their education abroad and also the diploma equivalence document) electronically and attach to the application form.

3) Applications made electronically by filling out the "Application Form" published on the Ministry's website (sinavbasvuru.sanayi.gov.tr) are valid, and applications that do not comply with the conditions specified in the announcement and applications made to the Ministry by hand, e-mail or mail will not be accepted.

4) entrance exam kazanThe exams of those who are found to have made false statements in the application documents are deemed invalid and their appointments are not made. Even if their assignments have been made, they will be cancelled. A criminal complaint is filed against these persons to the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor. In addition, if those who mislead the Ministry in this way are public officials, their situation is reported to the institutions they work for.

C) FORM, DATE, PLACE, SUBJECTS AND EVALUATION OF THE EXAM

1) The entrance exam will be oral or single-stage.

2) Right to take the oral exam kazanthe names of the candidates as well as the place and date of the exam; It will be announced on the Ministry website (sinavbasvuru.sanayi.gov.tr) at least 20 (twenty) days before the exam date.

3) Candidates 4 (four) times the number of positions to be appointed as a result of the ranking to be made separately in terms of the departments to be recruited, starting from the candidate with the highest score in the KPSS score type specified in the announcement, among the candidates who apply for the exam and meet the eligibility criteria (including the candidates with the same score as the last candidate) right to take the exam kazanwill work.

4) In the examination, applicants are required to have a photo and approved identification document (identity card, driver's license or passport) with them for identification purposes. Otherwise, candidates will not be admitted to the exam.

a) Principal area; basic engineering and graduate engineering subjects,

b) Secondary area; Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Turkey Economics, Management and Policy, Public Finance, Basic Law Information,

Law group:

a) Principal area; Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Administrative Trial Law, Criminal Law, Misdemeanor Law, Civil Law General Provisions, Personal Law, Property Law, Law of Obligations General Provisions, Commercial Business Law and Company Law,

b) Secondary area; Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Turkey Economics, Management and Policy, Public Finance.

Economy ve International relations group:

a) Main area; Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Industrial Economics, International Economics, Development - Growth, Turkey Economics, Business Economics, Management and Policy, Public Finance, Communication Theory,

b) Secondary area; Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Civil Law General Provisions, Law of Obligations General Provisions, Commercial Business Law and Corporate Law.

6) In the oral examination, candidates are evaluated by the Examination Commission members;

a) Level of knowledge related to the exam subjects mentioned above,
b) Comprehending and summarizing a subject, ability to express and reasoning power,
c) Qualification, representation ability, suitability of behavior and reactions to the profession,
ç) Self-confidence, persuasiveness and credibility,
d) General ability and general culture,
e) Openness to scientific and technological developments,

It will be realized by giving points separately. Candidates will be evaluated by the Exam Commission on the basis of fifty points for sub-paragraph (a), ten points for each of the characteristics listed in sub-paragraphs (b), (c), (ç), (d) and (e).

In order to be successful in the oral exam, the arithmetic average of the scores given by the chairman and members of the commission over a hundred full points must be at least 70 (seventy).

7) The oral exam score will be determined as the candidate's entrance exam success score, and the final success ranking will be made separately according to the departments recruited. In case the exam scores are equal, priority is given to the candidate with a high KPSS score. As a result of this ranking, principal candidates equal to the number of positions stated in the announcement and substitute candidates equal to half of the number of positions are determined, and the entrance exam is divided into principal and alternate. kazanCandidates are announced on the Ministry website (sinavbasvuru.sanayi.gov.tr). In addition, written notification will be made to the main candidates and the alternate candidates who are in the order of appointment.

8) Appointment of candidates to the position of Assistant Industry and Technology Expert will be made according to their success order. The rights of substitute candidates will be valid for three months from the date of the announcement of the exam results. If there is a vacancy in the appointed staff within this period, the exam will be taken as a substitute. kazanCandidates will be appointed in order of success.
