İzmir Metropolitan Municipality will organize the frequency of 350 minutes in Izmir Metro, which has a daily passenger number of 5 thousand, at 3,5 hours during peak hours in the fall period schedule. This operating frequency will be implemented for the first time in a public transportation system in Izmir. With the new voyage planning, which speeds up the urban transportation and increases the comfort of the Izmir Metro, travel demand is expected to increase.

Karşıyaka The frequency of the trip, which is still 10 minutes in the tram, will be arranged as 7,5 minutes with the fall plan. Metropolitan Municipality, the frequency of trips on this route, which will be 7,5 minutes, will decrease to 6 minutes.
With the new trams passing more frequently after the new regulation, fast and comfortable urban transportation will increase. Increasing the frequency of travel on the subway and tram is aimed at reducing the demand for entering the city center by car.
