The Kalite Total Quality Management Panel gerçekleştiril held in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Engineering of Erciyes University was attended by executives of important industrial enterprises from Kayseri and Kayseri Transportation Inc. General Manager Feyzullah Gündoğdu attended the meeting.
Feyzullah Gündoğdu emphasized the importance of quality management in the panel followed by students and academics with great interest and underlined that passenger requests have a very important role in the studies on improving the service quality. Gundogdu; “Total quality management refers to the systematic management of the resources used to meet customer demands. There are different points of Kayseri Transportation Inc. which are different from the industrial enterprises that are engaged in production oriented activities. The service we produce as a company is consumed in an average of thirty minutes. From this point of view, if we are going to reflect the total quality activities towards the passengers, we have to do this within the specified period. Therefore, a systematic study is a must. We determine the satisfaction level and expectations of our passengers related to our services through surveys and field studies and produce services accordingly. Day by day, we increase our customer satisfaction index with the works in this direction. ”
Gündoğdu underlined that Kayseri Transportation Inc. is a growing and constantly developing company and said that they take into consideration the expectations of the personnel taking part in the studies and that they walked to their targets with both passenger and personnel oriented studies. It also provides information about the EFQM Excellence model. Gündoğdu stated that they attach great importance to the studies carried out in this field as 26 organized by KALDER. He stated that they received the Certificate of Excellence in Excellence (Three Stars) within the scope of EFQM Excellence Model at the Quality Congress and they aim to move this level higher.
