Republic of Turkey State Railways to be employed in the Directorate General 18 dated and 3/2002 numbered Cabinet Decision with to be done to put into effect the Public Role in First time be appointed Exams About General Regulations Annex Article 2002 on the basis entered into force in the Republic of Turkey According to the provisions of the General Directorate of Railways General Directorate Legal Consultancy and Attorney Examination and Appointment Regulations, a lawyer will be recruited to be appointed to (3975) vacant positions.
The entrance exam will be held orally on 20.12.2017 in Ankara (Human Resources Department). The oral exam will start at 09.30, and if it does not end on the same day, the exam will continue on the following days. Candidates who are eligible to take the oral exam are on the website of our Enterprise (http://www.tcdd.gov.tr/duyurular) and will be announced on the notice board. Candidates will not be held for further examination to the input document.

I- CONDITIONS FOR EXAMINATION
a) Meeting the general conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To have at least 2016 points in the 3 Public Personnel Selection Exam KPSSP75,
c) To be graduated from law faculties or higher education institutions whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education,
ç) To have an attorney license as of the last day of the application date.
d) To carry the health conditions specified in the Health and Psychotechnical Directive of our enterprise. (Health and Psychotechnical Directive is in the legislation section of our website.)
e) The candidates who are eligible to be appointed as a result of the examination shall not request a change for a minimum period of 5. A declaration shall be taken.
II- DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION:
a) The application form to be obtained from the Human Resources Department or the website of the Initiative
b) an approved copy of the diploma or graduation certificate (approved sample of the diploma equivalence certificate of those who have completed their education abroad),
c) Three passport photographs,
ç) Computer output of KPSS result document,
d) Curriculum vitae,
e) A certified copy of the attorney's license.
The deadline for the application of the documents mentioned above is to be submitted to the Human Resources Department until the end of the work. These documents may be approved by the public institutions or TCDD organization where the applicant is located, provided that the original is submitted.
III- APPLICATION, PLACE, EVALUATION AND EXAMINATION SUBJECTS:
Each candidate can apply for only one of the workplaces.
Applications will end at the end of the working day on 24/11/2017, starting from the date of publication of this announcement. In order to participate in the exam, candidates must fill in the Exam Application Form in electronic form and sign the print out of the form and apply to the TCDD General Directorate Human Resources Department, Anafartalar Mahallesi Hippodrom Caddesi No: 3 Altındağ / ANKARA in person or by mail. Delays in the post and applications not made within the time specified in the announcement are not taken into consideration.
According to the ranking made from the candidates who meet the requirements for application, starting with the highest KPSSP3 score, candidates up to five times the number of positions are invited to the exam for each job. Candidates with the same score as the last candidate in terms of the KPSSP3 score type are also invited to the entrance exam. Candidates entering the rankings are announced on the TCDD website and the announcement board.

2) Candidates in the oral exam:
a) Level of knowledge on exam subjects,
b) Understanding and summarizing a topic, ability to express and judgment,
c) Merit, representation ability, suitability of behavior and reactions to the profession,
ç) Self-confidence, persuasiveness and credibility,
d) General ability and general culture,
e) Openness to scientific and technological developments
They are evaluated by giving points separately from their directions. Candidates are evaluated by the Examination Commission over fifty points for item (a) of paragraph 2, ten points for each of the features written in other paragraphs, and the points awarded are recorded separately in the report. In order to be considered successful in the oral examination, the arithmetic average of the points given by the chairman and members of the commission over a hundred points must be at least seventy. If the arithmetic mean of the exam scores is equal, the candidate with a high KPSSP3 score is placed at the top of the ranking.
IV- EXAM RESULTS AND APPEALS:
Candidates who get 100 and above scores from 70. Starting from the candidate with the highest number of points, the list of the winners and up to half of the substitute candidate names is determined by the number of positions for each workplace to be assigned.
The reserve candidate list, which will be created in order of success, is valid for six months from the announcement of the exam results. Within this period, among the candidates who are entitled to be appointed to Lawyer positions from the main list, instead of those who do not start their duty for various reasons, or those who have been appointed and resigned for any reason, they are appointed from the reserve list in order of success.
The exam results are announced on the internet page of our enterprise and on the bulletin board. In addition, a written notification is given to the candidates who are the main candidates and the substitute candidates.
Candidates may object to the exam results in writing within ten days of the date of the announcement of the exam results. The objections shall be evaluated and finalized by the Examination Commission within seven working days at the latest and notified to the concerned parties in writing.
The test results of the entrance exam are deemed invalid and assignments are not accepted. It is canceled even if the assignments have been made. They cannot claim any rights. A criminal complaint is made to the Chief Public Prosecutor about these persons.
Those who are successful as a result of the entrance exam and do not submit the required documents within the period specified in the notification to be made are not appointed.
