High efficiency can be achieved by using the advantages of water-cooled system with condenser water-cooled package air conditioners and water-to-water heat pumps used in the project. At the same time, water-cooled package air conditioners can be installed indoors inside the building, thus preventing image pollution outside the building. The 5 of the CLIVET brand water-to-water heat pumps used in the project have four pipes and can simultaneously heat and cool, while the two pipes 6 can heat in summer and winter in winter. With LENNOX package air conditioners used in the station building, high energy saving is provided by heat recovery provided by using waste energy in the system condenser. Since the LENNOX package air conditioners are selected as variable speed blowing and suction fans, energy consumption at partial loads can also be reduced. Air flow measurement and adjustment can be done by EC fans with variable flow rate.

Due to the high number of people to be found in the railway station, the rate of fresh air needed is quite high. However, thanks to the air quality sensor used in the package air conditioners, the fresh air ratio can be adjusted automatically according to the number of people inside, thus providing significant energy savings with fresh air management.
DECSA Closed Circuit Tower models used in the project have free-cooling technology which can provide high energy saving during operation. Thanks to this technology, especially in buildings that need cooling even in winter, all the required capacity can be provided with dry cooling operation mode.
