Voices of Mustafa Kemal Pasha Raised in the Streets of Şile

Following the official celebration programs, the festival held at the Şile Municipality event area included special concerts for children, various workshops and various shows.

The torchlight cortege march, which started on Üsküdar Street in the evening, took place with the intense participation of citizens with Turkish Flags with Crescent and Stars.

During the march attended by Şile District Governor Mehmet Nebi Kaya, Garrison Commander Lv Col. Mehmet Sutaşır, and Mayor Özgür Kabadayı, marches were sung accompanied by a band and the voices of Mustafa Kemal Pasha echoed in the streets of Şile.

Şile Mayor Özgür Kabadayı; "On the 23th anniversary of April 104 National Sovereignty Children's Day, it is important for us that our children, who are the guarantee of our future, continue their lives with the love of Atatürk. We re-lit the sign "We are on the Leave of My Father", which was extinguished 13 years ago on our Ocaklı island, the symbol of Şile, on its own place for this day and commemorates the saying "Sovereignty Unconditionally Belongs to the Nation" We wanted it to be a gift to Şile in the year 104. "In addition, on our 19 May Youth and Sports Day, which we will celebrate shortly, we will add the Atatürk Bust next to the Şile Martyrs Monument in the City Square, and our Mustafa Kemal Pasha will welcome everyone who comes to Şile with the visuals of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk that we will create starting from the entrance of Şile District."
