Promoting the project, Eyüp Eroğlu said, “Now we say that we want to bring our city together with 101 projects in the 101st year of our Republic. Dear friends, all of these projects are realistic, they will add vision to the city, and they will be completed with the support of our President, our ministries, and our municipality, with an understanding that everything that can be done with its own budget is clear where it will be done. "We are sharing with you 101 projects that are an action and a complete commitment," he said.

STUDY ON 11 TITLES ON URBAN TRANSFORMATION
Recalling the February 6 earthquake, Eyüp Eroğlu mentioned 11 headings to prepare for the earthquake, as Tokat is a city in the earthquake zone, and listed the titles: Kaledibi Urban transformation project, Gıj Gıj Mountain foothill Urban Transformation project, Hac Mountain Foothill Urban transformation project, Inner City. Island-based urban transformation project, Site-Based urban transformation project, Old Industrial Site urban transformation project, New City Project, New Tokat project, AK Zambak Houses project, Social Housing project and the establishment of the Urban Transformation Directorate.

Explaining the developments in the Kaledibi Urban Transformation project, Eyüp Eroğlu said, “This is a project we are currently carrying out together with our Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. It is a project that concerns a total of 593 independent departments. In the first phase of this project, which appeals to a population of 2 thousand, we are going to tender for 11 urban transformation offices on March 72. Hopefully, when we lay the foundation for this before the end of March, we will have made our first start in this sense.” said.

Secondly, he talked about the project that appeals to a population of around 4, involving 725 neighborhoods, including Oğulbey, Mehmetpaşa and Örtmeliönü neighborhoods, and 2 independent sections at the foot of Gıj Gıj Mountain.

As the third; Talking about the Hac Mountain skirt urban transformation project, which concerns 5 neighborhoods: Seyitnecmettin neighborhood, Cemalettin neighborhood, Erenler, Hoca Ahmet and Akdeğirmen neighborhoods, Eroğlu explained that the project has a total of 2 thousand 165 independent sections and concerns a population of 6 thousand 750 people. Eroğlu said, “There are a total of 3 houses in these 4 regions. "In other words, the urban transformation works that we will carry out in these 500 separate regions with the transformation of 4 thousand 500 houses will be the works that we will start in the next 3 years, hopefully as a second move," he said.

Eyüp Eroğlu said, “Of course, while we are carrying out these regional works, won't we have other transformation works in other parts of the city? If it is related to this, we will have urban transformation works based on islands within the city. In other words, by combining the parcels, we increase the floors here and we call the development rights here as precedent. We will also have some urban transformation projects on the island by increasing the precedent rights and combining them with buildings on such parcels that are out of date and not earthquake resistant. However, of course, we have such areas in our city, especially in the form of cooperative housing that started in the 80s. We are also putting forward some of our urban transformations regarding these sites in this 5-year period, and hopefully we are starting our transformations in areas outside these regions of our city. ” he said.

Talking about the current location of the industrial site, which is another transformation zone, Eyüp Eroğlu said, “We will hopefully make a groundbreaking program for this in June. If we inform you once again about the industry, our Tokat industry has entered the 2024 investment program and its project has now been approved. Exploration work continues. In the first stage, the amount of 350 million required for the tender was transferred. A tender date will be set soon so that the groundbreaking will be around June or July at the latest. We expect it to be completed in about 3 years. After completion, the existing industry will be relocated within a year at the latest. After that, the location of our current industry will be prepared for our city as an area with housing and commerce through urban transformation. “This is another transformation project.” said.
