'Satellite-City' Project from Sedat Yalçın to Bursa

With the projects that emerged with common sense after long-term consultations with scientists, academicians and experts in the field, YRP Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Candidate Sedat Yalçın plans to realize the Bursa that looks to the future with confidence and is missed by the past.

Yalçın will breathe new life into the city with the North-South Satellite City Project, which has attracted great attention.

Giving information about the satellite city that will be between Gemlik and Mudanya in the north, Yalçın said; “It will be a tourism-oriented, sustainable, earthquake-resistant city stretching from Gemlik to Mudanya. Our citizens living in buildings that are not suitable for earthquakes in Gemlik and Mudanya will be able to move to the newly established city. Thus, urban transformation areas will be opened in Gemlik and Mudanya. A sustainable, zero-waste city with a boutique university and a tourism and culture-oriented city will come to life. It will be a livable city with a rail system and highway connection roads.

MARINE PARKING WILL BE BREATHTAKING

Re-Welfare Party Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Candidate Sedat Yalçın also touched upon the parking problem in Mudanya.

Rugged; “Especially on weekends, people flock to Bursa-Mudanya and there is a big parking problem in this district. For this reason, the center of Mudanya will breathe with the marine car park to be built next to the port,” he said. Yalçın also stated that the floating Bursaspor Island, which includes sports and commercial areas, will also be here; "With the ecological floating Bursaspor Island, which consists of sports, education, culture, art, event and commercial areas, we will provide income to the most important brand of our city to return to its old days," he said.

MULTI-DIRECTIONAL RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Sedat Yalçın added that they will establish eco-neighborhoods adjacent to the 4 mountain districts of Keles, Harmancık, Büyükorhan and Orhaneli in the south; “We especially want to attract our citizens who migrated from these districts to Yıldırım and Osmangazi back to the mountain villages. We will exchange the houses we will build in mountain villages with gardens in accordance with the local architecture, on the condition that our citizens, who are stuck between the neighborhoods and long for nature, will be interested in organic agriculture. "This is obviously a multifaceted rural development project," he said.
