Awards Found Their Owners in the Young Trade Ambassadors Project

The final program of the "Product Marketing Simulation Competition" organized within the scope of the "Young Trade Ambassadors" project, which was initiated to increase the professional and personal development of foreign students studying in Bursa and to ensure their employment in the companies of the Independent Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (MÜSİAD) Bursa members, was held. 20 contestants from more than 42 countries participated in the competition, which was held for the fourth time this year. While 13 students remained in the pre-selections, which were held after sales, marketing, business management, human resources, foreign trade and presentation techniques trainings given by experts, entrepreneurs and professionals in their fields, four students who made it to the finals after the pre-qualifications competed with the presentations they made in the final stage. The final program, which started with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Hafız Ufuk Genç, who came first in 2022 in Bursa and third in Marmara, was attended by MÜSİAD Bursa Branch Chairman of the Board Alparslan Şenocak, Chairman of the Sector Boards Halil Atalay, Bursa Technical University (BTÜ). Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Ahmet Zeki Ünal, Young MÜSİAD Bursa Branch President Süleyman Nesih Çil and MÜSİAD Bursa Branch members attended.

Addressing the young trade ambassadors in the program, MÜSİAD Bursa Branch President Alparslan Şenocak emphasized the importance of the project carried out by Young MÜSİAD Bursa Branch and stated that thanks to the project, international students studying in Turkey had the opportunity to build trade bridges between their own countries and Turkey. Stating that the 'Young Trade Ambassadors' project acts as a bridge between successful students and companies engaged in foreign trade, Şenocak stated that he is happy with the successful completion of the fourth 'Product Marketing Simulation Competition' organized within the scope of the 'Young Trade Ambassadors' project. President Şenocak said, “We are trying to make our young project participants better equipped to develop trade as well as friendship between Turkey and their own countries. "As MÜSİAD Bursa Branch, we will continue to stand by our young brothers and support them in every field in order to strengthen international commercial relations for a sustainable economy in line with Turkey's century vision, together with our Headquarters and the future of our country, our youth," he said.

MÜSİAD Bursa Branch Sector Boards President Halil Atalay stated that they aim to strengthen commercial relations between Turkey and students from all over the world, thanks to the project organized by Genç MÜSİAD. Atalay stated that they continue to support students with educational support and internship opportunities and said, 'We continue to contribute to our foreign student brothers and sisters building trade bridges between Turkey and their own countries and writing their entrepreneurship stories.' Expressing that he was proud to be a part of the project, Atalay emphasized that MÜSİAD Bursa Branch is always with the young people and thanked everyone who contributed and participated in the project.

Young MÜSİAD Bursa Branch President Süleyman Nesih Çil touched upon the importance of the Young Trade Ambassadors Project, which they organized for the 4th time in Bursa. Çil said, “Within the scope of the project, activities were organized for the professional and personal development of 20 student brothers from 42 different countries in Bursa. Our student brothers received training from experts in their fields on 10 topics. We organized technical visits to large companies that are leaders in their fields. We participated in intercity programs with our student brothers. Throughout the process, we invited them to all the activities we organized as Young MÜSİAD Bursa Branch and tried to explain the value of being a member of MÜSİAD and to integrate with our team. As Genç MÜSİAD Bursa Branch, we continue to pave the way for making halal money in a correct and honest way, not the way to make easy and fast money, through the trainings given.” said.

In the competition where educator İsmail Güler, BARS Kimya Chairman of the Board of Directors Hüseyin Kul, Young MÜSİAD Sector Boards President Abdullah Taşdemir and MÜSİAD Young Trade Ambassadors Commission Member Furkan Dursun took part as the jury, Aboubacrine Kontao from Mali came first and Peter Akuei came second. The third and fourth places of the competition were taken by Snezhana Askarov and Shokirjon Toshpulatov, respectively.
