The region, which started to develop with the construction of Bursa City Hospital in Doğanköy District of Bursa's Nilüfer district, is hosting a new and giant project.
The project, which will transform Doğanköy into the second Balatı of Bursa, has the signature of Metin Altundal, Chairman of the Association of All Healthcare Workers (TÜSÇAD).

TÜSÇAD Chairman Metin Altundal, who made a statement about the project to the Everybody Duysun reporter at the groundbreaking ceremony of the giant project, stated that the region started to develop with the addition of Bursa City Hospital to the region in 2016 and said, "Since this region is valuable and valuable to those working in health, when the development process started, a cooperative was established and land was established here." We had provided it. Today, after 6-7 years of construction works, we held a ceremony for the installation of both our sample flat and our construction site. We hope that this project will bring good luck to all healthcare workers and our friends who will have a place here. I hope we can do it without any accidents and for the best. 750 FLATS FOR EMPLOYEES AT HEDEF HEALTH
Providing information about the technical details and layout of the project, Altundal noted that the project also includes a bazaar consisting of 35 shops and said:
“This is a beautiful market with approximately 30-35 shops in front of it. I believe that it is a bazaar that will be the center of attraction of this region and Doğanköy. There is also a housing project with six blocks and a hundred flats at the back. Following this, our goal is to build around 750 flats in total in the Doğanköy region. We currently have 3-4 more parcels in various locations that we are preparing for development. Their foundations will be laid soon. Together with them, we will provide around 700 flats with healthcare workers.

Making evaluations about the settlement in Bursa starting to shift towards Doğanköy after the construction of the city hospital, Mayor Altundal said, “Doğanköy is two kilometers away from here, with Özlüce at the bottom and Balat right behind it, and with the city hospital coming here, it will become very valuable.” It became a region. I think this region will now be one of the most popular and valuable places in Bursa. I consider this as a second ballad. I hope it will be beneficial to everyone. " he said.
