Uraloğlu was given the first Turkish iron as a gift during his visit to Kardemir

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu made contacts in Karabük. Uraloğlu, who first visited Karabük Governorship, received information about the work from Governor Mustafa Yavuz and signed the book of honor. After his visit to the Governorship, Minister Uraloğlu visited Karabük Iron and Steel Factories (KARDEMİR) together with the General Manager of the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) Hasan Pezük and other protocol members. Chairman of the Board of Directors İsmail Demir gave Uraloğlu information about the activities of the factory. Demir presented Uraloğlu with a plaque containing the first example of Turkish iron produced when the factory was established.

Uraloğlu had lunch with the workers and emphasized that behind the successful business people and employees are devoted families and thanked them. Stating that he believes that KARDEMİR will bring greater services to the country, Uraloğlu thanked those who contributed to the development of the factory and wished God's mercy to those who lost their lives. Uraloğlu said, “From now on, we have goals to move it higher. I believe in you, I trust you. May God open your path.” he said.

After the meal, Uraloğlu made a field trip in KARDEMİR and signed the produced railway wheel.
On the other hand, TCDD General Manager Hasan Pezük gave detailed information to the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu about the railway projects planned on the Karabük Station basin. Minister Uraloğlu drew attention to the importance of railway investments for the economy of Turkey and the region.

TCDD General Manager Hasan Pezük stated that the railways stand by the manufacturers in order to strengthen Turkey's industry and open new horizons with logistics transportation.
