While İki El Tasarım VIP Sofa Factory, which was established in Pazaryeri OIZ last year, provided employment for 35 people in the district, factory owner Sedat Meşe organized a breakfast with the staff to thank the Mayor of Pazaryeri, who supported them from the installation phase of the factory to personnel support.
Mayor Zekiye Tekin said that, as the Municipality, we will always continue to support any organization that will provide employment and added value to our Pazaryeri district, and thanked the factory owner Sedat Meşe and the factory's staff after the breakfast program.
Mayor Tekin stated that citizens of Pazaryeri district migrated to metropolitan cities for job opportunities due to unemployment in the 70s and 80s, and said that the district overcame this fate with the establishment of Pazaryeri OIZ.
Emphasizing that approximately 7 thousand people are employed in the factories established and under construction in Pazaryeri OIZ, Mayor Zekiye Tekin reminded the Minister of Industry and Technology, Mehmet Fatih Kaçır, about the Pazaryeri Specialized Organized Industrial Zone to be established in the district.
“IT'S RESIDENCE'S TURN”
Stating that there is no problem in employment in Pazaryeri district, Mayor Tekin stated that they will solve the housing problem in the district with the projects carried out with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
Underlining that land delivery was made to TOKİ for 2023 houses in 103, which will be a cure for the housing shortage in Pazaryeri district, Mayor Tekin said that Pazaryeri TOKİ has reached the tender stage.
