Mayor Büyükkılıç welcomed Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, who came to Kayseri within the scope of a series of visits and programs, with flowers at the entrance gate of the Metropolitan Municipality.
Minister Şimşek examined with interest the exhibition in the Foyer Area, which included the recovery efforts of 7,5 million-year-old fossils that shed light on the history of world geology, and received information about the studies. Mayor Büyükkılıç stated that they shed light on the geological history of the world from Kayseri, and explained that the 7.5 million-year-old intact fossil, which scientists identified as "Choerolophodon" and described as the "Ancestor of Elephants", attracted attention as the first and only example in the world.

During the visit to the presidential office, Mayor Büyükkılıç expressed his satisfaction with the visit and gave information to Minister Şimşek about the services and investments that have been made and will be made in the city.
