With the inspiration we received from your spiritual personality, we are making great strides today and have become one of the leading countries in the world. Despite the Elazığ earthquake of January 2020, 24, the subsequent pandemic, and finally the earthquake of February 6, 2023, we continue our path with determination without falling into pessimism both in the country and in Malatya.

Based on your statement 'Furious Malatya', we will continue to strive together with our State to revive our epic city Malatya, which made Anatolia, where human civilization began, our homeland. "May your soul rest in peace," she said.

The protocol officials visited the Atatürk painting exhibition at Malatya 100th Year Provincial Public Library and then proceeded to the program held in the conference hall.

Stating that a program was held on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's arrival in Malatya, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Selahattin Gürkan said, “Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, did not establish the Republic easily in this geography. The Republic was established under very harsh and difficult conditions. We need to explain Ataturk very well to current generations. We need to tell the truth about Ataturk, the founder of our Republic. Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who started in 1881 and reached eternity with the Republic in 1938, fit great struggles into his life. He has experienced many struggles in his short life. He is also a commander in Anafartalar who said 'I order you to die, not to attack'.

I would like to express our feelings of gratitude and appreciation to Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who gifted us our Republic. "May his soul rest in peace," he said.

Malatya Governor Ersin Yazıcı In his speech, he said, “The railway network that enabled Atatürk to visit Malatya 93 years ago was brought to Malatya. On February 13, 1931, the grateful people of Malatya hosted Atatürk and met the railway for the first time.

Within the scope of this visit, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk received the public representatives in the Turkish Hearth building of the period, which continues its existence today as the Atatürk House Museum, consulted with them about the production, exports and general economic activities of Malatya, and talked to the Governor and the Ministry of National Education about the education of the province and the National Schools. He received information from his manager. Gazi, who spent the evening of February 13 in Malatya, left Malatya by train again the next day. This is why February 13 is such a meaningful and important day for Malatya.

Malatya, along with its 6 provinces, suffered great devastation in the earthquakes that occurred on February 11, centered in Kahramanmaraş. In order to revive Malatya, which our Ancestor described as "Important and Prosperous City", and to heal the wounds of the earthquake, together with all the institutions of our State, we will organize a project worthy of the Turkish Century. We continue to work with all our strength to reconstruct and revitalize it in this way. With these feelings and thoughts, I commemorate Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, with feelings of respect, gratitude and gratitude, and I would like to express my gratitude to him and his heroic comrades, to our beloved martyrs who devoted their bodies and souls from past to present to this blessed land and our beloved nation, and to our glorious veterans who have passed away. "I pray God's mercy," he said.

The program ended after the poems read and presentations in the program held at Malatya 100th Year Provincial Public Library.
