10 More Kilometers Completed in Bozburun Drinking Water Line

Work on the 53-kilometer-long drinking water line, initiated by Muğla Metropolitan Municipality for the drinking and utility water of Marmaris Bozburun Peninsula, continues.

53 kilometers of the 10 kilometer drinking water line in the Bozburun Peninsula has been completed. The problem of the local people, who have great problems due to insufficient water supply, especially in the summer months, is being solved with the project initiated by Muğla Metropolitan Municipality.

262 MILLION TL INVESTMENT

Within the framework of the works initiated in Marmaris Bozburun Peninsula, drinking water will be provided to Turunç, Bozburun, Selimiye, Söğüt, Bayır, Osmaniye and Taşlıca Neighborhoods from Marmaris Atatürk Dam. In the project, 53 kilometers of drinking water lines, 3 pumping centers, 2 drinking water distribution tanks, one pumping tank, 8 maslaks, electrical transmission lines and mechanical improvements will be made. While 53 kilometers of the 10 kilometer long drinking water line has been completed, Muğla Metropolitan Municipality will pay approximately 262 million 980 thousand TL for the project.

OSMANİYE AND TURUNÇ NEIGHBORHOODS WILL GET DRINKING WATER ON APRIL 15

The first water will be given to Osmaniye and Turunç Neighborhoods in the Bozburun Peninsula drinking water works of 262 million 980 thousand TL by Muğla Metropolitan Municipality. On April 15, Osmaniye and Turunç neighborhoods will have drinking and potable water. Within the scope of the project, water will be provided to other neighborhoods respectively.
