While infrastructure and superstructure manufacturing continues in the development and construction of New Kahramanmaraş, permanent residences and workplaces are also rising rapidly. Significant progress has been made in the urban design project implemented in the city center under the coordination of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. The construction of residences and workplaces, which started in Hayrullah District in cooperation with the Azerbaijani State and TOKİ, continues at a feverish pace. While the foundations of 3 blocks consisting of parking lots, workplaces and residences have been laid, ground preparation for 7 blocks continues. The construction of Haydar Aliyev Primary School, the foundation of which was laid with the program in which President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Azerbaijani President İlham Aliyev participated via live connection in the past months, is also increasing rapidly. Within the scope of the urban design project, more than 2 thousand residences and workplaces, social facilities, cultural centers, schools and green areas will be added to the region, XNUMX of which will be provided by the Azerbaijani State.

Stating that the city center will regain its former vitality with the project implemented by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Metropolitan Mayor Hayrettin Güngör said, “In line with the New Kahramanmaraş vision, the construction of permanent residences and workplaces throughout our city continues rapidly. We have residences that are about to be completed. It will be delivered to its rightful owners in a short time. The city design project initiated by our Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change in our city center continues. Within the scope of the project, a total of 10 thousand residences and workplaces will be added to our city center. The tender for 3 residences and workplaces was made and the work started. The projects started to be constructed will be completed within 500 year. Residences and workplaces built in collaboration with the Azerbaijani State and TOKİ continue to rise in Hayrullah District. A total of more than 1 thousand residences and workplaces will be added to the region, one thousand of which will be provided by the Azerbaijani State. "When these projects are completed, the new Kahramanmaraş will regain its former vitality with its residences and workplaces, infrastructure and superstructure, social facilities, green areas and transportation," he said.
