Liquid fertilizers with high nutritional value, containing organic substances, produced by Belplas AŞ, are delivered to local producers in 25 districts of the capital.

The distribution of soil-friendly liquid fertilizers containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium elements, produced in a laboratory environment by an expert team by BelPlas AŞ, has started, primarily to farmers producing barley and wheat. BelPlas AŞ Agricultural Engineer Uzbay Aslan said that they aim to distribute 1 million 200 thousand liters of liquid fertilizer. “We distribute the liquid organic fertilizers produced by our BelPlas company with its own resources, through our Rural Services Department. Our distributions continue throughout the year. We aim to distribute 1 million 200 thousand liters of liquid fertilizer in total. "We offer liquid fertilizers that we produce to our farmers at a price that is one-fifth more affordable than what is sold outside." she said.
With the liquid fertilizer support given to farmers to stimulate the local economy by increasing the efficiency of agriculture in the capital, there is a significant reduction in costs and a contribution to the sustainability of agricultural activities.
Farmers show great interest in the distribution of liquid fertilizer for use during the tillering and stemming periods of the planted grains.
Farmers, who benefited from both quality and affordable fertilizer support according to market prices, thanked Ankara Metropolitan Municipality with the following words:
