The work that has been going on for months for the ownership issue, which concerns thousands of title deeds in an area of approximately 2 million square meters and XNUMX parcels, is being concluded. Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality General Secretary Dr. Mustafa Küçükkaptan announced that they have been working with all stakeholders, especially Erdek District Governor Abdullah Atakan Atasoy, for a long time, under the instructions of Mayor Yücel Yılmaz, and that they will finally reach a result that will make the people of Erdek smile.
General Secretary Dr. pointed out that they put forth a will and started the work upon the instruction of Metropolitan Mayor Yücel Yılmaz. Stating that Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality and Mayor Yücel Yılmaz often receive questions about when the title deeds will be issued, Dr. Küçükkaptan said, “We frequently meet with our Land Registry Directorate. The process is nearing completion. If the Land Registry Directorate does not encounter any problems, it will carry out the title deed registration procedures and deliver it to the district municipality in February. Our citizens will also receive their title deeds quickly from the district municipality.
