Mayor Büyükkılıç, who touched hearts with many projects ranging from vehicle to cancer screening vehicle, plans to present projects that will receive prayers to the service of citizens in the new service period.
Mayor Büyükkılıç, who has exhibited the best examples of municipalism with the heart with the philosophy of keeping people alive so that the state lives, and has signed projects that have been appreciated and exemplified throughout the country in the past 5 years, will bring important projects to the city that will attract attention and receive prayers in the new period.
ALZHEIMER CENTER PROJECT
Büyükkılıç, who received the first prize in the 'Innovative Application of the Year' category at the Istanbul University DoctorClub Awards 2022 Turkey's Health Awards, which was appreciated by scientists in the field of medicine, and received full marks from the citizens with its HOSPİS project and Guest Houses for Patient Relatives, is in the new service period with its Alzheimer Center Project. It will be a first in Kayseri.
Mayor Büyükkılıç announced to the public that within the scope of the new term Social Service Projects, they will bring the Alzheimer Center Project to the city for the citizens suffering from Alzheimer's disease and especially their relatives, and emphasized that as a doctor, he attaches great importance to the Alzheimer Center Project in the new term. Büyükkılıç noted that they will try to make the lives of citizens with Alzheimer's disease and their relatives easier.
NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN
Student and youth friend Mayor Büyükkılıç, who brought together the support and incentive projects for all students, especially families in need, with the people of Kayseri during the past service period, stated that they care about children as always and stated that they will provide nutritional support to their schools for children in the new period. The Student Nutrition Assistance Project, which will be implemented with the slogan 'My Nutrition is in my Bag, My Municipality is with Me', aims to contribute to the healthy nutrition of students.
WARM HOME PROJECT
Mayor Büyükkılıç said that in the new service period, they will provide shelter support to citizens in need with the Warm Home Project, and that cleaning and simple repair services will be provided to disabled citizens to ensure that they live in clean, healthy and well-maintained homes.
WATER BILL SUPPORT FOR DISABLED CITIZENS
Büyükkılıç also noted that they will offer a 40 percent discount on water bills to disabled citizens with a disability of 50 percent or more. Büyükkılıç is currently a member of Ulatma A.Ş. He said that the Metropolitan Municipality, which provides transportation services for disabled accessible vehicles in its fleet, will ensure that all public transportation systems are fully compatible with disabled people's access to public transportation.
CHILDREN'S BOOKS FAIR AND FESTIVAL
While Mayor Büyükkılıç shared the good news with children and families that they will organize a children's book fair and festival on April 2024, 23, the first of the Children's Book Fair and Festival is planned to be held on April 20-28, 2024.
The project, which will be implemented as a gift to children on April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, also aims to support the love of books in little ones.
PENSIONERS' HOUSE BY BÜYÜKKILIÇ
Stating that they will establish a Retirement House in order to increase the quality of life of retirees and bring retirees together with social and cultural events, Büyükkılıç announced that they will expand the Uluçınarlar Elderly Life and Solidarity Centers and increase the number of Retirees Cafeteria.
MOBILE EYE SCREENING AND MOBILE SCIENCE BUS
In addition to providing oral and dental health services to elderly and disabled citizens living in villages within the provincial borders with the Mobile Oral and Dental Health Clinic, the Metropolitan Municipality, which also serves earthquake victims in Hatay province after the February 6 earthquakes, will also add a mobile eye scanning vehicle to these services in the new period.
Stating that they care about public health and that is why they previously provided mobile oral and dental health clinic services, Mayor Büyükkılıç also stated that they will put a mobile eye scanning vehicle into service and that they will provide a 'Mobile Science Bus' service with the slogan "Science Center at Your Doorstep".
Büyükkılıç, on the other hand, added that within the scope of social service projects, social aid such as bread, food, coal, milk, stationery, transportation, family support, soup, hot meals and cash aid will be provided to all districts.
