Students who attended Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Art and Vocational Training Courses passed the aptitude test and were placed in the relevant departments of the university.
Mert Bağcı, who came 4th in this year's talent test, thanked President Fatma Şahin in his speech, stating that she had a great contribution to the success of GASMEK courses and said, “Our instructors in GASMEK courses were very caring. They supported us a lot. I attended this course for 6 months, where we did pattern work and still life drawings. I was placed 4th in the talent test held at the end of the course and was placed in Gaziantep University Carpet Design Department. “This course contributed greatly to our success.” said.
Visual Arts Painting Teacher Neslihan Arıcı gave the following information about fine arts preparation courses:
“We have two different groups, morning and afternoon. We have 15 students in each group. 22 students who participated in this tour course were successful in the talent exam and were placed in the relevant departments of the university. During this process, we made both imaginary, live model and still life drawings for the exam. We adjusted ourselves according to the exam time and prepared accordingly. The number of our winning and successful students is high, which makes us happy. I hope this success continues to increase every year. We also had students who were ranked, which is a separate honor for us. Our wish is to increase the number of our students and reach more students.”
