The delivery ceremony held in the 100. Yıl Cultural Center garage was attended by the Governor of Karabük Fuat Gürel, Mayor of Karabük Rafet Vergili, Vice President Seher Berker, President of Karabük Chamber of Commerce and Industry Fatih Cross, Provincial Police Chief Kadir Yırtar, District Mayors, Karsan Automotive Regional Sales Manager. Fırat Acar, directors of institutions, representatives of political parties and citizens attended.

Speaking at the delivery ceremony, Karabük Mayor Rafet Vergili said, “We have put into service the best and most efficient transportation in Karabük. The service you deserve will be provided to you. This is our duty. The face of Karabük will change with the openings we will make. We bought these vehicles with the Karabük Municipality budget.”
