Turkey's most important 11 Başpehlivan, 72 Başaltı, 90 Büyükorta and more than 100 wrestlers in total will come together in our ancestral sport oil wrestling. The giant organization is held this year in the name of Karamurselli Kadir Birlik, the legendary name of historical Kırkpınar Wrestling.

As a result of the decision taken by the Turkish Traditional Wrestling Federation, Sekapark Golden Belt Oil Wrestling will take place in 2 days, effective this year. Between 10-11 June 2023, the second stage of the points system wrestling tournament will be held in wrestling. In the wrestling, where thousands of wrestlers will tie their arms, a height division will be made on Friday, June 2, 09. On the same day, at 2023, the big organization will start with the cortege march, which will end in the Izmit City Square from the beginning of Cumhuriyet Boulevard accompanied by drummers. With the launch program in Izmit City Square, the people of the city will be invited to the organization.
VAR SYSTEM WILL BE APPLIED

The Video Assistant Referee System (VAR) system will also be applied for the first time in Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Sekapark Golden Belt Oil Wrestling, which is one of the 8 biggest oil wrestling in Turkey.
