With English W/Tech (EWT), Turkey's first and only free language education program, launched by the Garip and Zeycan YILDIRIM Foundation 3 years ago, it is aimed to make quality language education accessible to all students. In its 3rd year, the program has reached more than 2 students and is happy to expand abroad.
Garip and Zeycan YILDIRIM Foundation, which determines education as one of the main fields of study, focuses on English language education for young people to become well-equipped 'world citizens'. The foundation provides free English language training not only to students but also to teachers.
Open to All Youth and Free
English W/Tech, Turkey's first and only free English platform, was launched in 2019 by the Foundation working with the ideal of making English education accessible to everyone. EWT, which was designed in accordance with the learning habits of the new generation, was supported by technological innovations and the learning process was facilitated.
The English W/Tech program, the first product of YILDIRIM Foundation's goal of quality language education, attracted attention from other countries, while its first foreign student was an Indian youth.

Conversation lessons are given by instructors from countries such as Canada, the USA and the UK who have an internationally recognized English education certificate. With programs at all levels from intermediate to advanced, students have the opportunity to improve their English language skills in the best way possible.
Free Education Programs for Teachers
English education, which the foundation took its first step with English W/Tech, is being expanded to other areas in need and continues with different projects.
In this context, the YILDIRIM Foundation, which has signed new projects to support the professional development of teachers, continues successfully with the “Teacher Development Program” open to teachers and completely free of charge, and the “Collaboration between the International TEFL Academy and the English Language Teaching Certificate Program”.
A total of 30 teachers from 360 provinces applied to the Teacher Development Program, which aims to improve the English speaking skills of teachers from all branches in two years. In cooperation with KODA (Village Schools Exchange Network), teachers from all over Turkey were given the opportunity to participate in the program. Applications are evaluated by the YILDIRIM Foundation English Education team and teachers who will continue the program are determined as a result of the placement test. To date, a total of 126 teachers have been entitled to participate in the program and benefited from free education.
In cooperation with the International TEFL Academy, international teacher candidates participating in the TEFL Academy English Language Teaching Certificate Program are provided with free education, lectures and lectures, giving them great support to step into the teaching profession. More than 120 foreign teacher candidates from many different countries such as the USA, England, Canada, the Netherlands and the Republic of South Africa have benefited from the cooperation of the Garip and Zeycan YILDIRIM Foundation and the International TEFL Academy completely free of charge.
