Natural gas prices were hiked as of June 1, 2022. There was an increase of 30 percent in the unit price of natural gas used in residences, 16 percent in the unit price of natural gas used for electricity generation, and 10 percent in the unit price of natural gas used outside of electricity generation.
In natural gas, the tariff for residential, industrial subscribers and electricity generation, which will be valid in June, has been determined.
According to the tariff table for June on the website of Pipelines Petrol Taşıma AŞ (BOTAŞ), the sales price to be applied to gas distribution companies for residential consumers in June is 3 thousand 264 lira for one thousand cubic meters of natural gas, and the tariff for industrial subscribers is 10 for one thousand cubic meters of natural gas. It was 416 thousand XNUMX liras.
In the tariff for electricity generation, the price of one thousand cubic meters of natural gas was determined as 12 thousand 500 liras.
Prices for natural gas are calculated on a monthly basis.
