Stating that the injured animal lost its sight, Sefa Okutucu, Head of the Department of Environmental Protection and Control of the Metropolitan Municipality, said, "With the intervention of our veterinarians, it was determined that this street creature was brought to this state with a firearm. X-rays were taken as soon as we brought him to our hospital. As a result of X-ray, it was determined that there were hairs in the head and neck region. Unfortunately, it was understood that his vision was lost as a result of ocular fluid flow. We are also deeply saddened by that.”
