The Presidency Decree No. 10.07.2018 on the General Staff and Procedure published in the Official Gazette dated 2, the related articles of the Law No. 2547 and the Resmi 09.11.2018 Research Assistants (in accordance with Article 7 / D of 2547 SK) will be recruited according to the relevant articles of the Regulation on Procedures and Principles Regarding the Central Examinations and Entrance Examinations to be applied to the appointments to the faculty members other than the member.


GENERAL CONDITIONS

1- Candidates must meet all the requirements of Article 657 of the Law no.
2- In order to apply to the research assistant staff, it is required to be master or doctoral student with thesis.
3- To have at least 70 points from ALES in the field in which students are admitted to Undergraduate Education of the program to be assigned. If the applicants who wish to benefit from the central examination exemption prove their exemption status in the annex of the application documents, the ALES score is considered as 70 in the pre-evaluation and final evaluation stages.
4- The applications of the research assistant cadres of the students who have completed the maximum education periods defined in the Regulation on Graduate Education published in the Official Gazette dated 06.02.2013 but whose maximum education periods have been resumed as of the 2016-2017 Fall Semester are not evaluated according to the decision of the Higher Education Council.
5-Foreign Language Examination Certificate (Central Foreign Language Exams (YDS or YÖKDİL) or equivalence accepted by the Higher Education Council (YDS or YÖKDİL). 70/17.12.2019)
6- The equivalence of diplomas from foreign countries must be approved.
7- The equivalence of the 4 and 5 grading systems to be used in calculating the undergraduate graduation grade in the pre-assessment and final assessment stages is determined by the decision of Higher Education Council. The Senate of higher education institutions decides the equivalence of the other grading systems to 100 grade system.
8- Applications by mail must reach our institution by the end of working hours. Applications that do not comply with the above conditions, applications not made within the deadline, applications made with missing documents, applications with unapproved documents despite approved requests and postal delays will not be accepted.
9-Approved requested documents; notarized copies of the copies approved by the University or the application documents are submitted by hand, provided that the original copy of the original condition (as is done) is accepted. Graduation certificates obtained from the e-Government can be used for applications, but applicants who are qualified to be appointed will submit the approved documents.
10- In the announcements in our institute, candidates can apply to only one of the announced positions. Applicants who apply to more than one staff at the same time will be considered invalid.
11- The examination of those who are found to have made false statements in the required documents shall be considered invalid and their appointments shall not be made. Even if they have been appointed, they will be canceled and cannot claim any rights.

3- ALES Certificate (Examination certificate not older than 5 years)
4- Foreign Language Certificate
5- Undergraduate and Graduate Graduation Certificate (if approved)
6- Official Transcript of Undergraduate Education (approved document)
7- Diploma equivalence certificate of graduates of Foreign Higher Education Institution (certified document)
8- Approved Document Regarding to be a Student (2019-2020 Academic Year Fall Semester must be taken and the name of the department where the student is studying must be specified. The department that the student is studying with must be the same as specified in the special condition of the announcement.
9- Approved Transcript of the Graduate Program (Transcript must be received in the Fall Semester of 2019-2020 Academic Year).
It is absolutely required for all programs in which education is continued including the first semester and the current semester does not need to be graded.
In the event that the current semester does not appear in the transcript, a document indicating the number of the semester student is required is taken into consideration by taking into account the first semester in which the program is registered. (Applicants who have completed the maximum period of study as of the date of enrollment will not be accepted.)
10- Photocopy of Identity Card,
11- Employees of any public institution (even if they have worked before) will submit a detailed service document from the institution they work for.
12-passport photos (taken within the last 6 months)

EXEMPTION
Central exams are not required for those who have completed doctorate or medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and veterinary medicine specialty or proficiency in arts education, who will be assigned to the specialization areas of the vocational schools determined by the Higher Education Council, and who have worked or worked in the academic staff of higher education institutions.
