The Supreme Court Presidency Will Make The Contract Personnel

Annex 657 titled “Examination Requirement for the Employment of Contracted Personnel” enacted by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 4/06 dated 06/1978/7 in accordance with paragraph (B) of Article 15754 of the Civil Servants Law No. 2 to be employed under the Presidency of the Supreme Court of Appeals Pursuant to Article., 2018 personnel will be recruited to the contracted positions specified in the table below, based on the 95 KPSS scores based on the applied and oral or oral exam results.

APPLICATION FORM, PLACE AND TIME

a) Application date: Applications will start on 09/12/2019 and end on the 13/12/2019 working hours (at 17.00).

b) Application procedure: Applications (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/yargitay-is-basvurusu) in the electronic environment through the internet address, applications made in person or by mail will not be considered.

 APPLICATION GENERAL CONDITIONS

a) To have the general conditions stated in article 657 of the Law numbered 48.

b) Not receiving pension or old age pension from the Social Security Institution.

c) For Contract Officer Clerk, Contract Support Staff (Servant) and Contract Technician (Plumbing, Electricity, Elevator, Cooling and Air Conditioning, Furniture and Decoration) positions; 13 / 12 / 2019 on the last day of the application has not reached the age of 35

d) To take 2018 year KPSS (B group) exam and to get at least 3 score from KPSSP93 score type for undergraduate graduates, KPSSP94 score type for associate degree graduates and KPSSP70 score type for secondary school graduates.

e) To be positive as a result of archive research.

f) While working under contract according to Article 657 / B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 in Public Institutions and Organizations, the contract of any Authority has not been terminated due to acts contrary to the principles of service contract within the last year,

g) Those who unilaterally terminated their contracts with the exception of exceptions determined by the Council of Ministers decision 06 / 06 dated 1978 / 7 / 15754 during the contract period cannot be employed again in contracted positions one year before the termination date.
