Instead of a competent company that knows the entire business, the entire line has been tendered to companies that have not made any metro or tunnel so far. During the tender stage, renowned specialist companies conveyed the errors and reservations made in the tender specifications to Büyükşehir one by one. But these were always ignored. As a result, these firms did not even participate in the tender when their warnings were not taken into consideration. So what happened? Inexperienced companies, many of which have not even built a tunnel, have not finished the subway turnkey, have offered these works at cheap prices.
