Today, in Turkey, we are faced with profit-seeking municipalities on the one hand, statue-making municipalities on the other, and organizational municipalists on the other. All of these have now collapsed and been destroyed. The problem of mentality lies at the root of the problems experienced in municipalities today. And the reason for this problematic mentality is lack of morality, a moral problem. It is a moral problem to give away the municipality's funds and budget, which consist of the nation's income and sweat, to corruption and profit. Currently, municipalities in Turkey are up to their necks in debt. . This is a mentality. It is an understanding. It is a soul.
