Within the scope of the work of KFA Fuarcılık and the procurement delegations coordinated in partnership with BTSO and UTİB, foreign buyers from different countries, especially European and Middle Eastern countries, hold business meetings with the companies. The fair also offers participants the opportunity to discover the latest innovations in the sector with trend areas and seminars.

“BURSA TEXTILE SHOW GAINED AN INTERNATIONAL FAIR IDENTITY IN A SHORT TIME”

BTSO Chairman of the Board of Directors, İbrahim Burkay, said that Bursa Textile Show, which was held in B2B format within the scope of the International Competitiveness Development (UR-GE) projects carried out with the support of the Ministry of Commerce, gained the identity of an international fair in a short time. Reminding that the fair was held at Bursa International Fair Center for the first time last year, Mayor Burkay said in his speech: “This year, more than 80 of our companies have the opportunity to present their latest creations to foreign buyers from all over the world in two halls. In this sense, I find our fair very valuable. Again, our companies' innovative products and fashion-forward designs are exhibited in our trend areas. Here we worked with trendsetters who are experts in their fields. Bursa is a center in the textile and apparel industry where not only production and foreign trade but also fashion and trends are determined. It is very important that we make this sustainable. In this respect, I believe that Bursa Textile Show will make valuable contributions to both the exports of our city and its identity as a fashion center, and I wish our fair to be beneficial.”

“The FAIR WILL PAVE THE WAY FOR NEW COOPERATIONS”

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş emphasized that the story of Bursa's textile industry, which started with silk centuries ago, has developed and reached today. Stating that important breakthroughs and investments have been made in the sector in Bursa under the leadership of BTSO, Mayor Aktaş said, “I congratulate our BTSO President and Board of Directors and BTSO subsidiary KFA Fuarcılık, which organized the fair. This year, more than 80 companies are exhibiting their 2024-25 creations at the fair. Every company decorated their stands like a bride. I believe that this fair will facilitate very good collaborations. It is very valuable for cities that economic activity is vibrant. This fair is one of the important platforms that will increase activity. I would like to thank everyone who contributed." said.

AK Party Bursa Provincial Chairman and BTSO 5th Professional Committee Chairman Davut Gürkan said, “I would like to thank our Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
