Mayor Çolakbayrakdar, who hosted the managers of Kayseri Voluntary Cultural Organizations at the Kocasinan Municipality Conference Hall, explained his planned activities accompanied by video. Pointing out that every service provided is for the purpose of making the people of Kocasinan happy, Mayor Çolakbayrakdar emphasized that they are with the citizens in every field of need.
Underlining that the green tissue of nature is protected against the negativities arising from climate change, Mayor Çolakbayrakdar said, “Climate changes, drought, waste and living things, all of these cover the environment as a whole. At this point, we aim to build parks at approximately 5 locations covering an area of 1,5 million square meters within 200 years. We will bring 3,5 million square meters of forest area to Kayseri with afforestation works in the center of the city and in places close to the center. We will create a total of 5 million square meters of green space. We will make new arrangements with aesthetic and functional touches in Düvenönü, Station, Ahievran and Hastanesi Street, where thousands of people walk and to make the environment more qualified. Every living thing is valuable in our Kocasinan. "At this point, we will bring the Sen'Patı Park project, which will be established on an area of 22 thousand square meters and serve stray animals, to our city," he said.

Emphasizing that they have made Kocasinan the center of technology, art, culture, science, sports and education with the services provided, Mayor Çolakbayrakdar said, “We have built 322 km of roads in Kocasinan so far and we aim to build 2 km more, making a total of 347 km. We built transportation roads that will support all transportation axes of the city. We added Bekir Yıldız Boulevard, Ali İhsan Alçı Boulevard, Ziyagökalp Smart Junction, Yenidoğan Smart Junction, Beyazşehir Flood Protection Canal, Yenidoğan Flood Protection Canal, Asphalt Plant, Aggregate Facility and 138 large construction equipment vehicles. We will bring another new facility, Kafe Sinan Arabidin, to Erkilet. "We will also implement the Organic Market Project, which will reach citizens directly from farmers," he said.

Pointing out that they have achieved firsts and exemplary services in Turkey and Kayseri, Mayor Çolakbayrakdar said, “Within the scope of the Dost Eli Project, Dost Market and Dost Store, Celiac Package and Gluten-Free Cafe Sinan, as well as Gönül Kazanı, provide warmth to our elders over 65 years of age and our disabled brothers and sisters every day. We deliver food. We do everything financially and we support those in need spiritually in every field. There are so many different dramas that we need to have these dramas. The most accessible door in this regard is the municipality. The most important point to reach for this is the mayor and I put forward the following slogan. Emphasizing that urban transformation equals Kocasinan Municipality, Mayor Çolakbayrakdar said, “As Kocasinan Municipality, we are carrying out urban transformation in 10 different regions, and we are the few municipalities that carry out this urban transformation in such a large area with its own personnel and resources. The prayers of our citizens, especially during the transformation, are indescribable. All our efforts are to receive the prayers of our citizens. We work in every field to respond to the demands of our fellow citizens. "So far, we have delivered their homes to 3 families," he said.

Emphasizing that they have implemented projects that add value to humans and all living things, Mayor Çolakbayrakdar added that they will build a brand new city in the heart of the city that appeals to everyone from 7 to 70, with hundreds of new, different and extraordinary projects.
