Mountain Region in Bursa Will Develop with Rural Tourism

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş met with non-governmental organizations, professional chambers, representatives of citizens' associations, headmen and organization members in Keles district.

In addition to Mayor Alinur Aktaş, the meeting at the Keles Municipality Cultural Center was attended by Bursa Deputy Osman Mesten, AK Party Provincial Deputy Chairman Kamil Bayramiç, Keles Mayor Mehmet Keskin, AK Party Keles Municipality presidential candidate Ali Doğru, AK Party District Chairman Özcan Yeni, MHP District Chairman. Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş, who said that he had dreams and troubles about Bursa and Keles, explained that they would carry out many joint projects with presidential candidate Ali Doğru in the new period.

Mayor Aktaş said, “We brought the natural gas called a dream to the mountain region,” and added, “This period, one of our duties is to bring natural gas to every village. We will complete the Mountain Road as soon as possible, although it is delayed. We should have many rural tourism facilities in fertile lands like Keles. This region will develop rural tourism. Planning related to rural tourism in the new period is one of my main duties. These lands, where the Ottoman Empire was born and flourished, are very precious and valuable for Bursa and Türkiye. It is valuable to serve here. "We will bring our city to a better place together," he said.

Describing the investments made specifically for Keles, Mayor Aktaş reminded that 107 meters of curb, 7 thousand 643 square meters of pavement, 12 kilometers of hot asphalt, 152 kilometers of surface coating, 120 thousand square meters of parquet supply and 45 thousand tons of quarry material support were provided.

Stating that 6 packaged wastewater treatment plants, 165 kilometers of drinking water line, 23 kilometers of sewage line, 5 kilometers of rainwater line, 7 kilometers of stream cleaning and 7 water drilling have been carried out, Mayor Aktaş said, “In Keles Wastewater Treatment Plant, Keles Menteşe Pond” Work continues at. We put Keles, Kozbudaklar, Davutlar, Baraklı, Pınarcık and Keles Kıranışıklar package drinking water treatment plants into service. Keles Solid Waste Transfer Station was put into operation. We will provide 1.000 TL support to our women in need every month. Wedding halls for young people getting married are from us. We will also provide white goods or furniture support to those who do not want a living room for the same price. "We will give support cards to our primary school students in need to use in canteens," he said. We will bring Bursa's second rafting course to Keles. We will produce souvenirs for women with purchase guarantee. We will give a grant of 100 thousand TL to approved projects of women and young entrepreneurs. Now is the time to be united and together.
