Continuing to diversify and increase its projects and investments that have made Balıkesir the capital of rural development, the Metropolitan Municipality recently distributed 100 breeding rams raised in its own Breeding Centers to the breeders in Altıeylül and Karesi. In addition, the "Breeding Sheep and Feed Crushing Machines Distribution Ceremony", where 2 feed crushing machines with a capacity of 13 tons of feed crushing were distributed to producers, was held with the participation of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, İbrahim Yumaklı.
Stating that they have been doing this project since 2020, Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yücel Yılmaz said, “We are getting very good feedback, especially from our women.
