Konya Metropolitan Municipality held an event within the scope of "World Winter Cycling to Work Day".
Uslu stated that, as the Metropolitan Municipality, they always aim to raise awareness about the use of bicycles with various projects in Konya, known as the bicycle city of Turkey, and thanked the staff who participated in the event.
Metropolitan Municipality personnel who come to work by bicycle also stated that they use bicycles every day and said that they reach their destination safer and faster thanks to works such as "Bicycle Tram" and "Bicycle Paths" carried out in this area.
SCARF, BEANIE, AND GLOVES WERE DISTRIBUTED TO CYCLISTS
Within the scope of the activities, Konya Metropolitan Municipality distributed scarves, beanies and glove sets to the municipality employees who came by bicycle and to the citizens using bicycles on the bicycle paths at the first light of the morning.
