Mayor Çolakbayrakdar, who checked the works of the 2nd stage within the scope of the Urban Transformation Project in Erkilet Ertuğrulgazi District, stated that the urban transformation works as Kocasinan Municipality are continuing rapidly. Underlining that they are the only municipality in Turkey that carries out urban transformation with its own resources, Mayor Çolakbayrakdar said, “The construction of our urban transformation residences in Erkilet Ertuğrulgazi District continues at full speed. In terms of the renewal of the region, the region will have a new face with the completion of the urban transformation residences currently under construction. The ongoing urban transformation works in many regions of Kocasinan are extremely important and valuable, especially for safer earthquake-resistant housing and a more resilient city. But at the same time, our urban transformation work is at the top of our list for our children, who are the guarantee of our future with its equipment, infrastructure and social environment. We continue to change, transform and renew our Kocasinan with urban transformation. We are building a more beautiful district with new living spaces worthy of our Kayseri and Kocasinan. In peace, where the social needs of all my fellow citizens, young and old, men and women, from 7 to 70, can be met; "We are working to establish Kocasinan, where they can live happily and contentedly and see themselves as privileged," he said.
