'Perfect' Step from Btso for New Generation Vehicle Technologies

The Center of Excellence, which was brought to Turkey's automotive production base, Bursa, under the leadership of BTSO, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of National Education, with the grant support of the European Union Human Resources Development Program, plays a leading role in the training infrastructure for new generation motor vehicles. Operating under the umbrella of BUTGEM within the BTSO Education Foundation, the center ensures the development of qualified employment in the sector.

BTSO Chairman of the Board of Directors, İbrahim Burkay, stated that the local and national car TOGG, which has been adopted as the car of Bursa since the first day, contributed to the qualified transformation of the automotive industry and human resources. Expressing that with the arrival of new generation vehicles on the road, new business areas such as charging stations and battery technologies are needed, especially in service networks, Burkay said, “In this context, we have established our new generation vehicles center of excellence in BUTGEM, one of the largest vocational training institutions in our country, to meet the qualified personnel needs of our industrialists.” “We had it.” said.

The center we established in BUTGEM is the first application in this field in Turkey. PROJECT CLOSING MEETING WAS HELD

The closing meeting of the Sectoral Vocational Education and Training Competence and Development Center Project in the Field of New Generation Vehicle Technologies was held at BTSO Main Service Building. BTSO Board Member Muhsin Koçaslan, BTSO Automotive Council President Rengin Eren, Bursa Uludağ University Vocational School of Technical Sciences Director and Project Coordinator Prof. attended the closing program of the program. 4 FULLY EQUIPPED WORKSHOPS

4 fully equipped training workshops consisting of electric and hybrid vehicles and equipment were established under the roof of BUTGEM. Within the scope of the project, needs analyzes were carried out for vocational teachers, students and sector employees to determine educational qualifications in the field of new generation vehicle technologies. By evaluating the needs analysis results, academic level training materials for New Generation Vehicle Technologies were prepared and original virtual and augmented reality applications were developed. Hundreds of vocational teachers from many cities of Turkey also improved their professional skills by receiving in-service training from the center. The center, which has signed collaborations and protocols with the leading companies of the sector, will lead the training of the new generation of masters in its sector.
