More Efficient and Uninterrupted Drinking Water to Saruhanlı Center

The 5,5-kilometer drinking water main transmission line works, which were started by the General Directorate of Manisa Water and Sewerage Administration (MASKİ) in order to increase the capacity of drinking water reaching Saruhanlı district center and to solve the water outages permanently, have reached the final stage. Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor and People's Alliance Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Candidate Cengiz Ergün also examined the stand where old and new pipes were exhibited. Mayor Ergün said, “In order to increase the capacity of drinking water reaching our Saruhanlı district center, a 29 kilometer line was laid to the central warehouse with a more durable polyethylene pipe than the Mütevelli line, with an investment cost of 5,5 Million TL. Hopefully, when the drilling and energy connection works are completed, we will prevent water outages to cover all neighborhoods of our district center. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this study. “Good luck,” he said.
