In his speech, Mayor Yalçın said, “It is an important fact that our country is under the influence of economic developments in the world. However, it is obvious that our industrialists have difficulty in producing and exporting. It is expected that markets, which are under high inflation pressure, will reach a balanced environment. Industrialists, merchants and employees, all segments of society are aware of the difficult process. "The light that will appear in the exit direction of the tunnel is expected." said.
Yalçın said, “We, as industrialists, producers and traders from Kayseri, have always aspired for better and more beautiful. We have become a province with a current account surplus rather than a current account deficit. The export figure of Kayseri, whose imports were 2023 billion dollars in 1,6, was 3,6 billion dollars. These figures are an indication of the determination of Kayseri and our city. "No matter how much imbalance occurs in economic indicators, Kayseri will never stop producing and selling products to foreign markets." he said.
Emphasizing that they have full confidence in the economic management that is moving strongly under the leadership of the Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Mayor Yalçın said, “With our trust in you, we are focused on producing more, creating more employment and exporting more. We know that good days are not far away. "We want to be a city that increases its exports to over 5 billion dollars in a short time," he said.
In his speech, President Yalçın also emphasized his happiness for the successful first flight of the National Combat Aircraft KAAN and said, "Under the leadership of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, I congratulate everyone who contributed to the construction of KAAN, with the hope that the steps of the Turkish Century will increase and I wish them good luck." he said.
