Denizli Metropolitan Municipality's agricultural irrigation pipe support, which was implemented in order to contribute to the development of farmers by increasing production in rural areas, continues this year. In this context, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality organized an agricultural irrigation pipe distribution ceremony at Çameli District Bus Terminal. Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Osman Zolan, Çameli Mayor Cengiz Arslan, AK Party Çameli District Chairman Cengiz Yılmaz, MHP District Chairman Murat Genç, Denizli Agriculture and Forestry Director Şakir Çınar, municipal council members, headmen, guests and many producers attended the program. In his speech here, Mayor Zolan stated that they are working together in all districts to take Denizli further and more beautiful, and said, “We are working hand in hand, heart and soul, to ensure that our people do not feel any deficiency in production, daily life and social life. This is our cause, our march. We only served our Çameli and all our districts, we ran wherever there was a problem. "We tried to rush to the trouble of whoever was asking for help," he said.
Noting that Çameli district is a place with productive and hard-working people, Mayor Zolan said, “This year, we are providing agricultural irrigation pipe support to our producers. Let's not let our water resources be lost in the soil or evaporate under the sun, let's benefit more from water. "The more we produce, the stronger we are," he said. Stating that they, as Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, support producers in many items, Mayor Zolan said that they are also trying to support greenhouse cultivation activities, especially walnut and trout, in Çameli district.

Mayor Zolan continued his speech as follows: “Whatever happens in the center of Denizli will be the same in Çameli, our districts and all our villages. We said, 'No one's feet will touch the dust or mud. We never held back from what we could do and we achieved all of this together. As long as we are one and together, there is no obstacle we cannot overcome, no goal we cannot reach.” Çameli Mayor Cengiz Arslan expressed his gratitude to Mayor Osman Zolan, stating that the Metropolitan Municipality has provided 92 kilometers of agricultural irrigation pipe support to its districts so far. Denizli Agriculture and Forestry Director Şakir Çınar also emphasized that Metropolitan Mayor Osman Zolan gave very serious support to agriculture and talked about the support given to Çameli district.
Agricultural irrigation pipe support will be provided to 14 neighborhoods in 38 districts
Denizli Metropolitan Municipality will provide 2024 meters of agricultural irrigation pipe support to 14 neighborhoods in 38 districts in 28.310 in order to use resources more efficiently, prevent water losses in agricultural irrigation through open channels, and improve water transmission in existing water resources. In addition, the amount of irrigation pipes that Denizli Metropolitan Municipality has provided to producers since 2014 will reach 323.110 meters.
